Direct Deposit Account (DDA)
A direct deposit account (DDA) is the account where an acquiring bank will deposit a merchant’s funds resulting from credit card sales.
The account in to which a merchant would like their credit card sales to be deposited. Most businesses use their business checking account as their direct deposit account (DDA).
